The first group starts on 3 October
Your First Movement opens its first group. Confirm your place before 26 September and you add two one-to-one sessions with me.
A three-month journey to learn samba from scratch
Your First Movement is an online journey of roughly three months, learning Brazilian samba from the foundations with step-by-step guidance. No previous experience is needed: we start with the music, the pulse and the change of weight, and build from there. It includes a live group session every week, the platform with the recordings, micro-practices to keep you going between classes, the journal and the Pausa Samba, support over WhatsApp, and two one-to-one sessions with me. The group is small.
If you confirm before 26 September
Anyone who confirms their place before 26 September receives two one-to-one lessons with me, plus priority access to Rio Carnival 2027.
