When you open these pages, Google Analytics stores two cookies in your browser: “_ga” and “_ga_P6MQ2E7TYB”. They exist so you are not counted twice as though you were two different people. Beyond that, this site stores nothing else in your browser.

Checked on 14 September 2026: the only cookies are the two from Google Analytics.

For now you will not see a cookie banner. That is an open decision and it is worth saying so plainly: the measurement is minimal and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking, but in the European Union an analytics cookie normally requires your prior consent. We are going to review it and, if it is needed, it will appear here before anywhere else

The site’s typefaces are downloaded from a Google server, fonts.gstatic.com. In the check, that request left no cookie at all, but it does mean Google receives your IP address. It is explained in the privacy policy.

WordPress does set cookies when somebody logs in to the admin dashboard to edit the site. That happens to me when I update a page; it does not happen to anyone visiting the site.

If the site ever adds something else that uses cookies — an embedded video, advertising — you will read it here first.

Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its privacy settings. You do not need to for this site, but it is useful for all the others.
